Sprout Movement's active programs are perfect for your family to get moving.  Focused on getting our littlest movers excited about playing and being active. 
Active Role Models-programs that engage adults and children
Outdoor Exploring-moving in the natural environment evokes curiosity, problem solving and risk taking. 
Structured Play-games, play and dancing are great ways to gain skills that can be used in everyday unstructured play
Play indoors, outdoors or we can come to your location to provide a program to get your clients learning and moving.  

Contracting and partnership opportunities available for your local day care, preschool, or community program.

Learn ways to promote active play with your child, then spend time getting active! 

First we all play together-learning and sharing games, activities & songs for you to play together at home. 
Next, we seperate, kids get a full on action packed play time with games, activities, songs & more!  This time will build on fundamental movement skills and just being active. 
Meanwhile, caregivers get their own time to be ACTIVE! Yoga and bootcamps to expand your own Physical Literacy.  ​
